This document describes how Poolside Logistics s.r.o., with its registered office at Španělská 759/4, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 17431417 ("the company" or "we") collects, processes, and protects user personal data in connection with the provision of courier and other parcel delivery services.

We need your personal data to provide our services. It allows us to deliver shipments to the correct location, provide you with up-to-date delivery information, or help you with any delivery issues. At the same time, it helps us improve our services and protect them against fraud.

As part of our services, we may process the following personal data:

• Your name and surname;
• Name and surname of the shipment recipient;
• Contact details of both the customer and the recipient (email, phone, address);
• Payment details; and
• Shipment information (especially delivery address).

We process personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so and always for a specific, defined purpose.

• Contract performance: To deliver your shipment, manage your order, and communicate regarding delivery.

5. Personal data you provide to us about shipment recipients

If you provide us with the personal data of the shipment recipient, we process it solely for the purpose of delivering the shipment, based on the legal ground of contract performance. However, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide us with this data and that the recipient has been informed about this processing.

6. With whom do we share your personal data?

We may share your personal data with shipping partners who handle parcel deliveries. Specific partners may vary depending on location and service availability.

7. Do we transfer personal data internationally?

No. We do not store your personal data outside the European Union. However, we may share your personal data with a carrier outside the European Union, especially when delivering shipments outside the European Union. In these cases, the carrier undertakes to ensure adequate protection under GDPR.

8. How long do we retain personal data?

We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose of its processing and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

• Contract performance: For the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations, which is at least 3 years, representing the general limitation period for liabilities. We retain billing data for a maximum of 10 years in accordance with relevant tax regulations.

If you have given us consent to process your personal data, you also have the right to withdraw it. Furthermore, under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• The right to access your data;
• The right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");

• The right to object to processing.
